Services
Design
This is the place where ideas take life.
The Design Department consists of an experienced team of architects and designers who, starting from an analysis of the customer’s needs, resources and products, work by constantly monitoring the latest trends in Design and Communication to propose solutions that make what is desired technically possible.
Graphic
The Graphic Studio is given the task of dressing the stand and making each time a unique creation.
Its mission is to help you make each visit an engaging experience and for this it proposes communicative elements that effectively convey your corporate image, reflecting your values and increasing the visibility of your brand.
Production
This is the department where creativity and projects take shape.
We produce 100% of the work in-house and develop all projects in full compliance with safety regulations, using only Certified Products and ensuring that all work is carried out by qualified personnel.
In our 10,000 sqm factory, in addition to the joinery, we have a lacquering paint booth, a carpentry area and a department dedicated to the preparation of electrical and lighting supports.
Transport
Transport and delivery are decisive factors for the success of a project, which is why at Intea we have an autonomous fleet of more than 10 trucks, 3 HGVs and 1 articulated lorry, which guarantees us absolute independence in transport and the consequent precision and punctuality in delivery to any of the planned events in Europe.
Set-ups
Careful assembly with the right finishing touches is the most delicate element in setting up a stand and, as such, it is only carried out and supervised by Intea personnel.
Our teams of experts are at your disposal and will personally take care of both the assembly and disassembly of your stand, guaranteeing adequate on-site assistance at short notice in case of any last-minute necessities.
Warehouse/Logistic
Thanks to the available 7.000 sqm of warehouse we can also store your stand before and after the end of the fair or for use in future events, making changes, if necessary, to adapt the existing project to different sizes.
Practice management
Dealing with the bureaucratic formalities required to set up a stand requires experience with the dynamics and requirements of the various Organising Authorities, and this often means commitment and time-consuming tasks for the unaccustomed.
Our more than 45 years of experience in dealing on a day-to-day basis with the managements of the various national and international trade fair organisations enables us to accompany the client through each stage by preparing and submitting all the required documentation, obtaining the necessary permits, and ensuring that everything is done correctly and on time.
